Dr Preethi Reddy was murdered by a vindictive ex lover recently. Doctors Against Violence Towards Women ran a vigil in her honour. It was powerful. We hope this honours her memory, and helps raise awareness of the plight of millions around the world who don’t feel safe in their own homes.
Preethi Reddy was murdered by an entitled man who couldn’t stand that a woman made the decision to move on. It wasn’t a ‘crime of passion,’ or a ‘suitcase murder’ – it was a cold-blooded, act of evil that took a young lady’s life.
Stand with Doctors Against Violence Towards Women on Saturday, 9 March, and let’s together say that enough is enough.
